Mohammed Sadique Khan is the Founder & Managing Partner of SUCCESS ROUTES Jobs & Education Services, bringing with him over 18 years of hands-on experience in the power generation, diesel generator rental, sales engineering, and business management sectors across the Middle East.

Starting his career from the field work and growing into a senior sales engineer and business leader, he has developed deep expertise in client handling, workforce management, project execution, and customer service. His international exposure, industry knowledge, and commitment to ethical work form the foundation of SUCCESS ROUTES.

At SUCCESS ROUTES, he focuses on building employer networks, developing strategic partnerships, guiding candidates, and setting the overall direction of the company.
